This is the official announcement for Warriors: Apprenticeship — a warrior cats fangame! I've been working on this project for a few weeks and I'm over the moon about how it's coming along. I'm mostly finished with the game, save for a few important features (saving/loading, questing) and a little bit of content (enemy territories, a few more variations of herbs and prey). But the core gameplay loop, as well as winning and losing, are in place, and boy is the game a lot of fun to play!

This is my first time posting an in-development game instead of a completed project, so I'm hoping to have fun with the devlog process as well!

Implemented features include character creation (including selecting your destiny as a warrior or medicine cat), hunting, gathering, fighting, patrolling, chatting, and attending gatherings (and visiting the Moonstone, if you're a medicine cat). Planned features include invading enemy territory, questing, and saving/loading progress.
